🌟 ROLE: Content & Podcast Assistant (Social + YouTube + Kajabi)

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a smart, detail-obsessed, emotionally intelligent creative to take over content publishing and podcast production across our platforms. You’ll help manage everything from Reels and TikToks to full YouTube uploads, thumbnails, podcast editing, show notes, Kajabi publishing, and clip scheduling, all while keeping our brand voice polished and powerful.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both sides of content: writing + editing + publishing, and who thrives on clean systems, proactive communication, and bringing a high-end brand to life online.

There is no client/customer communication or strategy required for this role/s.

🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES

🎧 Podcast & YouTube (The Space Creator Show)

  • Edit weekly episodes in Riverside:

    • Trim fluff, filler, and preamble

    • Use AI tools to clean audio

    • Add intro/outro MP3s

    • Export MP3 for Kajabi / MP4 for YouTube

    • Solo episodes = static cover image + audio

  • Repurpose into Shorts (2/week):

    • Choose value-packed, under-60-sec clips

    • Add captions in Riverside

    • Upload to Google Drive + notify OBM

    • Schedule as YouTube Shorts with optimised titles + captions

  • Publishing:

    • Create thumbnails in Canva

    • Write show notes from transcript using prompts/templates

    • Edit all AI output to match Amy’s tone, absolutely no “AI dump” content!

    • Write SEO-rich YouTube descriptions from prompts/templates

    • Upload + schedule on Kajabi (MP3 + shownotes) and YouTube (MP4 + metadata)

    • Follow naming conventions + Drive organisation

    • Use our checklist before publishing

📱 Instagram & TikTok

  • Content Creation & Publishing:

    • Use pre-edited clips to create Reels (light trimming if needed)

    • Design static quote/tweet posts + carousels in Canva from pre-written content

    • Write long-form captions from clips using prompts/templates and brand book

    • Finalise captions with proper formatting, on-brand emojis, and strong CTAs

    • Add trending (under 5K) audio to all Reels + TikToks (training provided)

    • Schedule 4x IG posts/week:

      • 2 Reels

      • 1 carousel

      • 1 static post

    • Repurpose 2x TikToks/week from Reels (minor edits/tweaks for platform tone)

    • Occasionally schedule B-roll / Talking Head reels Amy films and writes captions for, ad hoc

  • Content Management:

    • Organise all final assets (Canva + video) into Google Drive

    • Update the content planner with post status, links, and file references

    • Communicate daily via Slack + Asana

Note: No Instagram Stories management is needed, Amy handles those herself.

  • Strong writing instincts, you know when a caption sounds off brand (once you know our brand!)

  • Tech-comfy, Canva confident, and quick to learn new systems

  • Proactive and reliable, you flag problems, suggest fixes, and get on with it

  • A clear communicator, you keep Slack/Asana updated without being chased

  • Emotionally intelligent, friendly, and easy to work with

  • Aligned with our brand mission + excited to grow with us!

  • BONUS: Interested in the decluttering / home organisatino or mindset and manifesting space!

  • Experience editing podcasts or long-form video (Riverside ideal)

  • Experience creating and managing social content (Instagram/TikTok)

  • Canva design skills (working with templates)

  • Strong written English (especially for captions + YouTube SEO copy)

  • Ability to edit AI output to a high brand-aligned standard

  • Familiar with Kajabi (or quick to learn)

  • Strong file naming, organisation, and asset management

  • Fluent English + confident grammar/spelling

  • Able to commit 8–12 hours/week consistently
