Pro Organiser Academy 1:1 Coaching Terms Service

Services Provided

All services are provided directly by Amy Prior of Pro Organiser Academy, which offers coaching and mentoring to professional organisers with a focus on business strategy, marketing, social media for business and mindset. The services covered under these Terms of Business include 1:1 Business Coaching & Mentoring 3-Month Container. This service is tailored to the individual needs of each client and are outlined as follows:

1:1 Business Coaching & Mentoring 3-Month Container

a) 1 x 90 minute Zoom sessions and 9 x one-hour Zoom sessions and held over 90 days;

b) Email support from Monday to Friday during business hours will aid your implementation and execution of tasks discussed during the session, supplementing the weekly Zoom calls. All emails will be responded to within 72 hours.

c) A complimentary, 20-minute discovery Zoom prior to the first coaching session to discuss your goals for mentoring. During the initial session, a comprehensive plan of action will be developed, with subsequent sessions focusing on progress towards your desired results.

Client Responsibility and Disclaimer

While Amy is committed to providing clarity around your business and mindset goals and equipping you with the necessary information and strategies to achieve your objectives, the ultimate responsibility for success lies with you. Achieving desired results requires proactive engagement, including taking action on agreed tasks, mindset and energy work and following through on strategies discussed.

Service Duration and Exclusivity

All services are limited to a pre-defined period, with specific start and end dates mutually agreed upon in advance. Additionally, all services under these Terms are performed exclusively by Amy Prior; no services are outsourced.

Fees & Payment Terms

The client has the option to pay for business coaching packages either in full or through an instalment plan, as outlined below:

Pay in Full: The full amount of £4497 is payable upon booking.

Pay in Part (Monthly Instalments): Alternatively, the client may choose to pay in monthly instalments over the period between booking and the final scheduled session up to a maximum of 6 months. This option includes up to a 3% administrative increase, resulting in a total of £5146.91. The instalment amount will be calculated by dividing this total by the number of months remaining until the final session date, with each payment due monthly. The first instalment is due at the time of booking, with subsequent payments due monthly thereafter. Once full payment is complete, the instalment plan will be cancelled automatically.

Example of payment plan fees

One-Time Payment: The total investment is £4497, payable upon registration.

Payment Plan: The total investment is £5146.91 payable in six monthly instalments of £857.82 each.

Late Payments: A late fee of £25 will be applied to any payment received more than five (5) days after the due date.

Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, services may be paused until payment is brought up to date.

The client will be notified of the missed payment and given five (5) business days to rectify it. Continued missed payments may result in termination of the instalment plan, and any outstanding balance will become immediately due.

Completion Requirement: Per the Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSC) guidelines, the payment plan must be completed prior to the conclusion of services. For example, if services conclude on the 30th of June, the final payment under the instalment plan must be received on or before this date.

Support

The 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring package provides comprehensive support, with scheduled one-hour Zoom sessions and direct access to Amy via the messaging feature inside your client portal Basecamp. All communication will be responded to within 48 hours during business hours, for guidance and feedback.

Please note: Instagram DMs receive high traffic and are not monitored as closely and any messages received may not be answered in a timely manner, so please ensure you email for coaching help during your container.

Session Timing and Promptness

Due to a tightly structured schedule, sessions will begin and end at the allotted times. Clients are expected to arrive promptly; late arrivals will result in a shortened session without extension.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. A secure third-party processor will process your payment information. I will be provided with your email address and name but not with your financial information.

Refunds and Cancellation

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days of the date of payment, not the date of this Agreement being signed. The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the date you make payment for the coaching services, and expires 14 days after that date.

Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected], and a full refund will be provided within 10 working days from the date of the request, provided the request is made within the 14-day cooling-off period.

If the coaching session has already taken place within the first 14 days following the payment, you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

There is no obligation on Pro Organiser Academy to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14-day cooling-off period.

Delivery of Coaching Agreement

Upon payment for the coaching services, you will receive a full Coaching Agreement, including your specific details and terms, within 72 hours during business days. The contract will include all relevant terms and conditions, including the refund and cancellation policy, tailored to your coaching package.

Please note that the Agreement is legally binding once signed, and the 14-day cooling-off period for refund eligibility begins from the date of payment, not from the date you receive the Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All digital materials provided in connection with the services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Amy Prior and Pro Organiser Academy. Ownership, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, is retained by Amy Prior and Pro Organiser Academy at all times, including after purchase. These materials are provided for your personal use as educational tools only and may not be duplicated, replicated, or distributed to third parties, either freely or for commercial gain.

Feedback and Complaints

We welcome feedback on your experience, whether in the form of positive remarks or constructive suggestions. Should you wish to make a complaint, please submit it in writing via email to [email protected] We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and value your input on the 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring experience.

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these 1:1 terms of service in respect of the session delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the 1:1 session/s.
